Spanish for hotel receptionists
Below you will find the first lesson of the course. The course deals with matters such as calling a taxi, checking out or dealing with a complaint. It is up to you to pick those lessons you find interesting and useful, there is no particular order. The method used consists of listening, understanding and speaking.
1: Arrival and Welcome.
Listen carefully to the receptionist. You will hear her sentence three times. First time in a complete sentence, second time with pauses between words during which you repeat what has just been said and the third time, again, in a complete sentence.
