Hospitality and language skills simply go together. Any hotel receptionist should learn English in order to professionally receive international guests. Should your hotel receive a lot of French speaking guests then to learn French would be an excellent idea. If you wish to broaden your horizon to include Chinese guests then it would be a good idea to learn a few useful phrases in Chinese. And of course it’s always advisable to learn Spanish since this is one of the world languages.
